Who We Are
We are me. Not you. Not them. Just me. This site? It’s mine, not yours, and you can find it at https://ledrum.is. No, seriously, that’s the URL. Not some other URL, just this one. Bookmark it if you like, but that’s your choice, not mine.
Cookies
I have zero interest in your cookies. None. Not the tracking kind, not the advertising kind, not the “we value your privacy” pop-up kind. This site doesn’t set any, so there’s no banner to click away either. You’re welcome. If you want cookies, bake some. The delicious kind.
Tracking, Analytics and Other Creepy Stuff
There isn’t any. No analytics, no tracking pixels, no “like” buttons phoning home, no fonts borrowed from some big company that wants to know where you’ve been. I honestly don’t care how long you stayed or where you scrolled. Read, enjoy, leave. Or don’t enjoy. Still not tracking it.
What Your Browser Remembers
If you click the little moon or sun at the top to switch between dark and light, your browser remembers that choice so it doesn’t blind you next time. That lives on your own computer, never reaches me, and you can clear it whenever you like.
What the Server Sees
Like every web server on the planet, mine writes down the basics of each visit: your IP address, which page you asked for, when, and what browser you used. That’s just how the internet works. Those logs are there to spot trouble, like bots knocking on doors that don’t exist, and they’re deleted after 90 days. They’re not sold, shared or analysed for fun. Frankly, I have better things to do. Like playing them drums.
Comments and Accounts
There are none. You can’t comment, register or log in, so there’s nothing about you to store, export or delete. If you want to tell me something, find me some other way. You’ll manage.
Links to Other Websites
Some posts link to other sites. Once you click, you’re on their turf and their rules apply, cookies and all. Don’t blame me for their appetite.
